Refund Cancellation

1. If the event is canceled more than 10 days in advance of the Check-in Date then no cancellation charges will be applicable.
2. If the event is canceled 5 to 10 days in advance of the Check-in Date then you will be liable to pay 25% of the total package cost for the minimum guaranteed pax.
3. If the event is canceled 3 to 5 days in advance of the Check-in Date then you will be liable to pay 50% of the total package cost for the minimum guaranteed pax.
4. If the event is canceled less than 3 days in advance of the Check-in Date then you will be liable to pay 100% of the total package cost for the minimum guaranteed pax.
